Brann`s in Grandville

Came in after golf and sat at bar for lunch. Bar was clean and Angela the bartender greeted me with a smile. I ordered my food and drink. She had the entire bar section during the lunch hr and handle the tables and bar area with quickness...Food was good and drink made to perfection. I will return. Great service!

The margaritas were only 2.99! 😋 food was hot and delicious. Service was wonderful! Highly recommend.

Thank you very much for honoring veterans this year! We had two delicious dinners. Brann’s is our go-to dining choice and we are never disappointed. My husband feels very strongly that we patronize Brann’s because of their support of the troops! Thanks again!

We visit the Grandville location once or twice a year. We were very disappointed this evening that they removed the mamba from the menu. We truly look forward to this since we travel over 2 hours to get here. Please bring back your mamba!!!

I always love going here with my friends burgers are great and atmosphere is awesome. But today for some reason that wasn’t the case, we were greeted with rolling eyes by our waitress and a terrible attitude. When we ordered she started getting impatient and left without taking two of our party’s orders. I ordered steak along with my friend and I love the steak BUT I love the rolls more than anything that come with it, but we never received them even after we asked. I was bummed out by that. Overall was not my best experience at Branns I hope the next one is better.

Had a great tasting and tender steak dinner. Also had Bell Two Hearted Ale on tap.

We asked for a banquet room. The restaurant told us they had one, took a deposit to reserve it, but when we showed up for a birthday party we were told there was no private room. The food and service were fine but it's hard to rate a business well that is charging to reserve a room that doesn't exist!

Not from this area and most people have great things to say. It could be because I had the lunch staff but over all not impressed. Service was slow. It was not busy but it took forever for us to get our waitress'' attention so we could get our check. She was too busy talking to her other co-workers. Food wasn't anything special either. my son got barely any french fries with his lunch which was sad but not super impressed with good or the service.

Do not order or get food from Branns!!! Ordered on grubhub for the Grandville location to support local business. Grubhub said the order was in the way. Our order never showed up so we called Branns and grubhub. Grubhub said the restaurant cancelled the order and we called the restaurant multiple times and they never answered their phone. We called a different branns location and they said they have had a few callers call them regarding the grandville location. Do not go there, do not order from them, do not support their restaurant. There are plenty of others to support!!

I had never been to this location before. We really enjoyed our dining experience. The food was good. The drinks were reasonably priced, and our server did a great job as well.

Great place to hang out! The food is always good and a fun atmosphere. Angie B. is a great server! She has a perfect personality for that place and remembers names and what our group orders. She is a big reason why we keep coming back!

My co-workers and I went for a couple drinks and half off appetisers during happy hour my only complaint is that the waitress took a really long time to get us our check when we were ready to go. Great food great drinks

My husband's birthday. Food hot and seasoned well. Friendly service. A favorite place to eat.

After horrible experiences at the location on Division I went out of my way to try another location. It was okay but not amazing like locals have tried to tell me. I think you can get a better price and better food at a Outback or Texas Roadhouse. The experience was night and day from my previous attempts, I got a pretty good steak and the service was satisfying but to have to go 30 minutes out of my way for takeout I cant say it's worth it. I find it odd they dont have the normal steak options though, no ribeye bone in/out or NY Strip. If you live near the location and want something different that the big guys I'd stop by. I'd also like to say that it seems like the owners do care and try to reach out to people. They did after my last horrible experience but I wanted to see if this place was any different with out them influencing. Okay place, okay quality, but only okay could be a lot better.

I had posted a bad review earlier this week about some service I had not received. Now I want to tell you that I received a call from the owner Himself and he showed real concern and for that I am thankful. Good job on following up on things. Thank you.

Confusion on seating my party of five. The wet burrito was terrible. Taco Bell has better ground beef, this stuff was like something from a can. The white cheddar cheese mac was tasteless, and had no flavor. On the flip side, service was excellent, and the Cuban sandwich I had was good. And they did us a solid by taking the wet burrito off our bill, which was appreciated. But still will not be back. Overpriced for the quality of food.

We had great prime rib. Melts in your mouth during the week. Almost everyone only has prime rib on the weekend

The steaks are delicious and fresh, the portions are large and the delivery is quick!

Drinks,not good. Food average. Seating can see 2×4 s that been nailed in place to hold booth together.

Really enjoyed the effort made to sanitize and protect all. Food was hot, tasty and quickly served. Staff was very professional and extremely proficient.

I ordered an 11oz steak with a cheese topper, mushrooms, mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli through GrubHub, the order came quickly but the steak I ordered rare came between medium rare and medium and they didn't include any silverware or napkids which makes this kind of meal extremely difficult for me to eat at work.

So tasty and not very expensive!

I think for the money they try to keep prices down. The food is good. And it is usually clean, bathrooms looked real clean today. The floor was a little wet and slippery but it's a very damp day. They have a smoking room needs a light.

I had a customer here for lunch and Angie B waited on us. She is a regular server I have at the Grandville Branns. She is an amazing waitress! Our drinks never go empty, our food is always spot on, and she has phenomenal attention to detail! I wish I received service like she gives at all the restaurants I patronize. Thanks for being one of the best!

Very disappointed we are regulars at branns and to see not only the menu change drastically and not for the better rolls were not even the same and prices went up very limited on your choices but also the way you order went from paper menu to now scan the ar code to pull up on your phone which is fine for someone tech savvy but when you have older generation with you that isn't as tech savvy makes for very frustrating time. I understand taking precautions and safety due to the famous covid pandemic but I've been to many restaurants and ordered out and they keep their menu the same it was so very dissatisfying the last 2 times we went hopefully it will get better

Food was okay, cheap priced steak because it's cheap tough steak. A bit over cooked. Was surprised they charged and extra $1.39+tax just for a light Cajun seasoning on the fries even though entree includes signature sides. Servers were friendly and good at handling a large group.

Thursday is .79 cent wings night for both traditional and boneless wings. That is a nice option considering most other places do this on separate days.

My hubs birthday and he wanted a good steak. Had to order at the location. Excellent packaging, we got home and still hot. Never ever disappointed with Brann's in any location.

My wife and I go to Brann's often on Friday nights. We like sit in the porch on the east side of the restaurant. We are almost always happy with the food and service. My only complaint is the booths. You almost sink to the floor when you sit down and if someone is sitting behind you, you can feel their every move. Time to upgrade.
